7200 "replace color pcu" didn't clear

All right, what am I missing? I just installed a brand new just out of the box set of color PCU's and the PCU alarm did not automatically reset. I searched the SP's for a manual reset but didn't see one. I've been servicing these printers for years and never ran across this problem with new units. Anyone have any ideas? It is a Ricoh CL7200. If I don't clear that alarm I'll be getting a call every other day, even though the machine is working fine.

You should find the SP 7804, where you can reset them manually. Normally this should work

Ok, If I set 5930-003 to 0 (click 2), will that disable the alert? I am not sure if I'm reading the table right. Anybody ever use this?

7804 sounds like the solution. Thanks, Hermann. Disregard my last question. Your solution hadn't come up yet when I asked about 5930
