    SC 350-01

    Hi , Could anyone tell me how to solve the problem of SC 350-01 on Ricoh Aficio 450
    After finishing 2801 the 2802-001 = 3.68
    2802-002 = 3.98
    2802-003 = 3.54
    After printing 15 copies it will show this service code. what is the right way to solve this
    problem. is it related to the developer or TD sensor or OPC Drum

      SC 350-1 is ID sensor error1, this not related to TD sensor.
      please check 3-103 output, it should be: vsp = +/- 4.0v
      vsg = +/- 0.something

      If the value of vsg & vsg = 5.0v an SC code will generated, clean ID sensor and try to initialize ID sensor (3-001)
      If the value still the same, replace ID sensor board.
      Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new.....A.E.
