How to know total counter MPC 2500 for each Drum and Developer, I Wanna to replace drum and developer but i so confused how to know total counter for every part.

Print out the Log Data SMC using 5-990-4 and you can get basically every count you'd ever want and a bunch you'll never need. The counts you want are on those sheets and should show as something like PM-Latest.

Most of the counters of course will be useless if people haven't reset the Pm counters properly on some models or done correct initialization.

Yes, but the PCU's reset automatically if you have installed the complete unit.
