    [Misc] SPC - 3400 blank copy

    Hi my cartoon pack spc-3400 is having blank copy even configuration page
    also printing blank that too not only with one cartoon pack m/c it's with
    three in series.
    Issue not related with toner/drum cartridge.can any one any clues.

      I'm sorry, but your wording is not quite clear. When you say "cartoon" I think of Mickey Mouse or Jessica Rabbit. Do you mean "carton" or "cartridge", like a box? I'm guessing you're saying that 3 cartridges in a row are all producing blank copies. Is that correct? Can you also confirm the model number, SPC3400 doesn't relate to anything I can find.

          SP3400SF multi function blank copy problem

          Really my english is cartoon type. You are right it is carton not mickey mouse cartoon.
          and another is model sp 3400sf not SPC3400. i am sorry.is giving blank copy print
          out even configuration page also printing blank.we purchase in lot out of three is
          having same problem it detected while updating firmware issue related to lan fax.
