    two problems I believe to be unrelated;
    the display which I was not called out for doesn't look right. Copier has the lower deck and the square block for tray's 1 and four are ok trays 2 and 3 are combined if tray 2 is pressed only 1/3 of block is highlighted selecting tray 3 highlights the rest. User tools blocks are not right either. Copier works display just doesn't look right. I've unplugged copier and display connections also did screen adjustment. Can't say I've ever seen this one before. Display problem???

    I was called out on this copier for lines yet was spots that are intermitent. I cleaned charge roller wondering if it is either developer or PCU unit seal. Copier is not slinging toner.
    Any help appreciated!!! would scan copy if it can be done.

    Screens can start to fail this having shifting images, Could also be corrupted Firmware. Spots maybe due to failing drum blade to clean, extra particles in toner or Dv. Dusty place?

      Ditto on the screen failing. might need new op panel or touch screen.

      Spots could be the blade not cleaning. also, these machines can run dirty. check the trays for any toner drops on the paper. check the cleaning roller on the fusing unit, as well. also, empty the waste toner and clean the transfer unit.

      depending in the copy count, you may need to replace pcu or dv seals.
