    [Misc] Ricoh mp161l offline on server

    My ricoh MP 161L is showing offline on print server but online on display tried resetting printer and network switch did not help
    any ideas?

      try giving the copier an new ip adrress and change the port may work

          Login to Web image monitor and see if IT dude has been adjusting SNMP settings. If no luck - go to ports tab in driver properties- click configure port and uncheck SNMP setting (forget the wording). Worth a try!
