Incoming faxes are printed with erratic characters,schemes, etc...I found a previous post with the same problems (a week ago). Where should i start from? Is there a known solution about this?
That's most likely caused by a flaky ram dimm on the controller (this model does not have ram on the fcu, uses on board memory). Try cleaning and reseating the dimm on the controller and reseating the fcu. That usually corrects the issue a high percentage of the time.
