If clear means no image at all, you better start by replacing the PCU

There's paper jammed in the machine. This can be caused by dirty paper sensors, defective clutches, etc etc etc.

you must check pcu after checking pcu is ok open the back cover and check the high voltage board or drive there must be some fault,
