906/907 and 1106 etc. light copies again!!

Replaced every thing you could think of, but light copies again! Come on really! (Seth and Amy on SNL) I mean really!! Premature developer changes, toner sensors, whole DV unit, drum, pm kits, toner pump, (really!) changed settings for toner add, upgraded firmware, (really!) replaced toner delivery tubes, toner bottles, adjusted more settings! (Really!) Cleaned toner bank completely and refreshed, (Really!) Hey! What The F*ck is going on with these! I know there must be some setting that will appease the Ricoh toner god , but what the F*CK is it! My customer has a machine with 200K on it and it is already happening!!! AM I SUPPOST TO GO AND DO A FORCED TONER ONCE A WEEK!! (I mean really!) A lot of other machines in the field are having this issue. (Really!) Hey Ricoh WTF!!! Huge problem is brewing! Like global warming only different. Please get this addressed! (Really!) Customers don't like it when the new machine just can't keep the density after a few thousand copies! (really!)
Well now at least I feel better, Pardon me while I go do a toner refresh! (oh i forget to say, really!!!)
    JEEZ!!
(Hey, can you tell I had a bad day?)

Try setting SP2507-01 to "1" and SP2507-02 to about 30.

This will (Not enough to notice) pause a "long" run to develop an I.D patch every 30 copies.

We had some problems with the tonerhopper (tonersupply) motor. When tested in output mode it didn't work every time.

Also a bad toner pump can cause this problem. It is located on the left/rear/upper side of engine. Check the 5990 logs for 360's and 406's. It is item number 1 in the figure below.

Have you brought in a couple cases of your own paper and had them run stock from a controlled source for a while? What's the humidity in the room? Does it, or the ambient temperature, change from night to morning?

Do you use the very same job to measure density loss between the point that you fix it and the time they call you back? Are you the one making the prints or are they doing it and then showing you?
