Ricoh Aficio 2090 Toner hardening up?

I am having a problem with a Ricoh 2090. The toner inside the drum carriage where the recycling coil is hardening up and stopping the coil from spinning. The toner comes out in chunks and is hard. Has anyone had this happen? I'm leaning towards bad toner but all the toner in stock is from the same batch # and is fresh. So I was wondering if anything else can make this happen?

More likely to be a lack of circulation, clean the fan blades and change the filters, the heat from the fuser is causing the problem. This can be exasperated by very low volume accounts.
