I have a strange problem on an MPC 3300, it is making multiple copies and prints.
When you press 1 copy it makes 3 or 5 instead, but does it even when you print. the thing is occasional so mostly working fine.
once a 2 page document was put trough the adf and it made 1 copy from the 1st page and 2 from the second.... all the copies are fine, full page copies.
I have done a memory clear and upgraded the firmwares, (scanner, printer, copy, engine), still the same thing, I dont even know where to start?
have anyone seen anything like this.
There were some stormy days over here, and we had power supplies gone on other machines due to lightening, but this is just strange. otherwise the mc is ok, colour is fine, no jams...
