Ricoh 5560

I've got a Ricoh 5560 that seems to print and copy fine but when it runs a self-check ( i.e. process control ) the machine will run and not stop. I have to open the door to stop process control. The prints and copies have great quality but for some reason it will not finish the self-check on its own. It will run Auto Color Registration just fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Check your results for process control,TD senors and MUSIC in SP2221, because sometimes the beasts don't give an SC for an error, but it may show in logging data

I agree the music sensors are probably dirty.

Just a follow-up to my previous post. I meant to post this earlier but you know how it goes sometimes. I found that the Magenta Toner add clutch in the Toner Hopper assembly was not connected all the way. I guess the machine was waiting for the Magenta reading to stabilize before completing process control. As soon as I plugged the clutch up the process control ran normally. Thanks for the replies and fixes.
