[Error Code] mpc2500 sc367 ripetitive

Hi all,

I have a MPC2500 with sc367 code. According to manual the problem is concerning TD Value or connector of Yellow PCU, it says "Change PCU"

Checking all connections and flat cables the machine unlocks, but after a while sc367 will come back again.

All PCU is so expensive, can we change only Drum unit and/or Dev Unit.

We cant' get Yellow Drum Unit Code B2232247, is that correct?

you must check pcu conector and 1st you shoud change or wash with thiner or patrol ma;e or female both switch.aftar you go in sp mode and initilize td sensor

If you're saying "thinner or petrol" then that's just nuts. I know thinner will damage plastic and both are highly flammable (not to mention the obnoxious smell that will get you kicked out of the office). Do you carry that stuff around in your tool case? Use a contact cleaner like Deoxit.

yes brother we carry both stuff in our toll bag.and dont worry about this process i try many times in my office or customer ends.if you worried from customer you might be done this work at your own office.and dear i dont know about Deoxit,

Deoxit is what you should be using to clean electrical contacts. I've been using it for over 20 years. Here's a link to the manufacturers site...

Ok, now we are in a mess.

We swapped the yellow PCU with a MPC2000. For two days worked.

This morning on the turning on we have:
- SC367 on MPC 2000 (so PCU is not working)
- SC366 on MPC 2500 (so other pcu is broken or flat or motheboard).

Any advice?

The TD levels were set for the original machines the were in. If you swapped them without reinitializing the TD sensor then yes, I would expect those errors to appear. Try initializing the TD again but most likely you will have to replace the developers in both if you haven't switched them back to their original machines.
