if i replace nvram to take out supervissor pasword chnge. when i backup nvram on sd card. then reload on new nvram . this will put copier back to factory login right? also does the generic sd cards work ok.. thanks for any help.
Yes to all, but did you first try and login with "supervisor" (no password)? If you can, then you can go into Administration Management and reset the login and password.
