Customer had paper jammed in fuser connection, removed but error persists. Is there a reset or maintenace mode for this machine.

Also in general anyone found a good place for parts on this line? I don't see a whole lot of them real often, but when I do it tends to be odd breaks.

Yer you need to reset fuser related codes with SP5810 then power off/on.

If SC542 comes back then check that connector again for paper you may of missed, or failing that check the heating roller's thermistor.
