MP 3500, will not scan to Windows 7

I have just downloaded the new pCL 6 driver for our MP 3500. It prints fine now, but we can not get it to scan, when we go to adobe, scan from, it will not scan. it gives error 8824: user code is not registard. So we have put in the clients user code, and stilln othing, same error.

Any thoughts.

Sounds like you need the network TWAIN driver to do what you are trying. I would set it up for scan to email or SMB instead.
