[Error Code] Aficio 1035/1045 SC819

Hi! i would like to ask how to solve the SC819? also i would like to know if i can interchange the fax board of Aficio 1035 to Aficio 1045 and vise versa.What do you think are some possible cause why the fax of Aficio won't function? I replace the fax option board already. Are there programs or adjustments to be made? ..by the way telephone lines are okay .... Thank you for your help

Re-flash firmware, otherwise it's probably the HDD.
No problem swapping the fax board between a 1035 and 1045, they both use the B360 (type 1045) fax unit. As for not working, did you install the fax function DIMM on the controller?

a SC819 could be caused by a defective fax option, memory or HDD
