    greetings from Florida. The forum here has already been extremely helpful with some ricoh problems. I am running across the background issue with savin 8035e for the first time. I have read the threads about this issue (and there are a bunch of them). Most of the threads seem to be from 2009, so was wondering what solution seems to have worked best since then. swapping toner motors?, rainx? etc. Thanks

    How about replacing the drum.

      machine has new drum in it....just found out problem started shortly after a compat toner was installed. possible bad toner.
