      Don't bother calibrating it, it's failed. B223 9900.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.

The new touch panels is free of charge from ricoh beacause the old ones has a production failure with the glue or something..It's only the touch screen that has to ble replaced not the lcd screen...

It WILL be a waste of time - seen this hundreds of times - and if you do calibrate successfully you WILL be back within 48 hours with it out again. So dont waste yours or your customers time, just get a new touch screen and fit, it is a quick and easy job.

Even you replace the touch panel you'll still need to calibrate the new one. Here's the procedure:
                >press clear modes then(yellow button)
                >1993
                >then press clear/stop button 5x(red button)

                >press # button(touch screen adjustment), you'll see small circle on upper left portion of the screen then press it using any pointed tool.
                >after that you'll see again another small circle on bottom right portion of the screen then press it using pointed tool.
                > test the screen, see if mark will appear on the area that you press, then press OK.
                >exit and reboot the machine.

                hope you got it..
