Savin Service code 401-00

After a manual feed jam I get a call service code - SC 401-00 (in the midst of self cleaning). How can I clear this - it should not be a real problem.

401 ID Sensor Vsg Error
The Vsg level was detected
lower than 2.5 V two times.

•

Clean the ID sensor.

Check the ID sensor harness and
connector.

•Replace the ID sensor.

Replace the MCU.

Replace the development unit.

Replace the CGB power pack.

i doubt it is any of the last 3, i would start by cleaning and checking the ID sensor.
