    Dsm635 intermitent SC350

    SC350 intermitent
    Hey Guys,

I have a Dsm635 with an intermitent SC350 code. Seems to happen between 8 and 9 oclock in the morning. Sometimes it doesn't happen for a month sometimes every other day. I have replaced ID sensor , drum shaft ground assm. Full PM on PCU and developer unit. Any ideas?

    Thanks

Is the drum being cleaned? Is the shield glass clean? What are the Vsg/Vsp readings?

I have seen this problem caused 3rd party drums; kind of a dark green and spun aluminum. I am also wondering how the patterns look? You can trip the door to watch the patterns. The VSG/VSP readings will give you some ideas of where to look also.
