    Ricoh 240w and windows 7

There are so many parts to this and not much in the way of instructions. I have a windows 7 machine with the RATIO D2.1 board installed. Windows sees the board, but when I install the ricoch rw-240 plotbase 3.3 software if comes up with an error stating that SNMP is not installed (it is and working) so I cannot install the software and get the computer talking to the printer (Ricoh 240W). I'm sure I'm missing something, but this is not my area of expertise...any ideas?

We just had this come up.

It won't work under Windows 7 at all. Only XP or Vista.

64 bit isn't supported on the host PC, either.

      Ricoh 240w Windows 7 support

There is windows 7 support. But its a for purchase upgrade and it does not come from Ricoh.
There is a newer version out called Plotbase 3.7.3

The 3.7.3 gives full autocad 2011 support and the latest Adobe PDF 1.8 support for batch plotting pdf files if you have that option.

If you are interested please contact me as we are a Ratio Dealer.
