    Savin 2013z light copies

customer called with lines on the copy. The drum blade was worn out. SO I replaced Drum and Drum blade, transfer corona grid.

The copies are clean, but when copied any document with writing i can't see it on the copy. Everything else is dark and readable.

    Any suggestions???

I can't seem to find any manuals for this machine. How can I reset drum settings?
    Service codes?

    Thank you.

Probably need a new charge of developer. Here are the codes you will need:

PRACTICAL SP MODE USE TABLE AFTER CLEANING OR REPLACEMENT OF:
Priority No. SP No. Description Developer TD Sensor OPC Drum ADS Sensor Optics
    1 66 TD Sensor Initial Setting ---- X-------- X
    2 93 VR Correction Reset ----------------- X
    3 48 Light Intensity Adjustment ------------------ X----------------------- X
    4 56 ADS Ref. Voltage Adj. -------------------- X------------ X-------- X

Also code 63 will force toner for 6 seconds, use it as a trouble shooting tool.

    1. To Enter SP Mode, press the following in sequence..CM→1→0→7→CS (Hold CS for 3 sec.)
    2. Enter the Program number, press the Auto Image Density (AID) key. The value of the Program Number displayed in the Copy Counter window, will be displayed in the Magnification Ratio display. Enter a new value and press the AID key to memorize the new value.
    3. Leave SP mode by turning the machine off.

it's worth checking your optics especially the green glass/filter behind the lens
