ok - simple question what parts manual does this belong to? i've tried twice to order parts for this and twice wrong and ive gave up asking my company.

Watch out and dont order from the C2030 book. C2050 or 2550 only

duplex parts, upper drive belt and plastic gear that sits on the shaft

Duplex is hidden away in the paper feed section (U011). I think the belt is item 152 (u011) D039-4592 and there are a lot of gears/pulleys but the one in the area of that belt is # 26 B223-4464 Pulley.

I just downloaded the manual from the TSRC site and the duplex parts are in the paper feed section U007.
