The customer doesn't want us to call to get their meter readings, it's too much of an incovenience (
). I am trying to use a meter-reporting software called FM Audit, but i cannot get it to co-operate with their proxy/firewall. I know a lot of Sharp and Kyocera copier have schedules you can create to have it periodially send the meter to an email address. Wondering if these machines have that feature, can't seem to find it. Someone suggested i try using Smart Device Monitor Admin, but i don't see any feature like that in the software, either. Ideas/suggestions/solutions?
