    MP6500 printing problem

I have got 2 x MP6500 MFD's on a windows network which will lock down with spooling being displayed on the MFD. The customer can turn off then on and this seems to sort it out for a while....
    Any suggestions???

Printing using a server or direct . When you set them up did you use a standard TCP/IP or browse to the printer? What kind of files are they printing? Which driver is being used?

I had the exact symptom on an MPC4500. After even going as far as replacing the controller the problem persisted. I convinced the customer to patch it to a different ethernet switch and the problem never came back. It was an issue with the client's network.
