How do you set number of rings on Ricoh 2020D fax/receiving options? Can't find it anywhere. Is there a firmware upgrade?

Turn off the ringer and they won't know when it rings.
They just don't have to listen to it.
Speaker volume is in User Tools, Fax Parameters under sound settings.
Set them all to off and all they will hear is the machine printing out the fax.Why do they call it common sense?

thanks, this is what I was looking for.
I actually went there today for a different reason (has two fax machines, hence the need to make Ricoh ring more than a few times), and went to SP2-103-6, and set the number to 5 which I think is ring 5 times. It didn't work! Ricoh answers on the first ring again.
What am I doing wrong? Perhaps I need to spend more time there...Comment
