Hello, I have a MP 4000, I resently did a pm on this machine. I replaced the dev. assembly and starter along with drum blade and charge roller. two weeks later the machine gets a blue screen and when the customer reboots the machine the copies background. I have another machine in the area and swaped the drum unit. the problem came back a few days later I am assuming it is a developer problem. Thanks

The MP4000s do have some copy quality issues. Make sure the customer is using the right toner and you are using the right developer( we have had customers do the first and techs do the second). Then, re-do the PM and make sure that the mag roller in the DV unit is completely clean.
