MPC 2000 and Quark Xpress

Hello,

I have a client who prints on a MPC2000 with Quark Xpress.
But when printed characters are blurred.
It imports a file .pdf in Quark, it modifies and the prints on the MPC2000.

The prints are fuzzy on the MPC2000, a SPC811dn too, but not on a canon CLC5151 copier.

Do I need to print postscript map since this software?
Do you have any other ideas?

have a realy good look at the text under a mag glass i have found that the mpc rang of machines in
will print the black text in cmy when its a PDF so the text looks fuzzy its worse with small text i would love a fix as even selecting print text in black on the driver wont fix it
