MPC3300 fax header concern

Hi I am having difficulty to get a MPC3300 to print the fax number on sent faxes. I have the customers name and their fax number installed, but only the name is printed on sent faxes. Have checked parameter settings, and cannot find anything that relates to the number, in case it had been turned off. The return test from our telco indicates that the correct number is installed and the format is correct. Can any help be offered?

You can add the fax # on the company name: e.g. Copytechnet Company - FAX:8373012.

The data that is printed on the receiving end is determined by the settings on the machine at receiving end. The fax number data will be transmitted if it is programmed but not necessarily printed. Rsyarcia had a good idea to include the number in the name, that way whatever header information prints the number will be included.
