[Error Code] MPC 4500 fax memory upgrade

Hi All,
After installed 32MB memory card for MPC4500, all confirmation sheets came out with lots of strange characters. Wonder, what cause this? or how to fix this problem? Thanks.

Reset the fax unit (SP5-801-07).
