[Misc] IP address is not saved in NVRAM in Ricoh MPC2530

hi friends i am new in this forum.i am facing a problum in the Ricoh Aficio mpc2530,when i am trying to input the ip address information on the machine pannel it shows but when u print the nic configuration page it does not appeares there.i am unable to ping that address from any pc or from the machine to any pc even the machine itself.i have diaganostic its the problum of NVRAM but i want to ask that is there any procedure to reset NVRAM

Go into SP mode and reset NCS, connect printer to a laptop via ethernet with a crosscable
