Pro1357 Ex Toner Pump

Hi All

I was just wondering if anyone had heard anything about modified toner pumps for these beasts (Pro 1357Ex)? I know they can be ordered, as we have, but there seems to be some kind of hold up in production.... Anyone with the inside line?

I replaced one a week or so ago with a like for like part, but the machine continues to spread it's toner around the inside of the machine!

Thanks dude, I've seen this RTB and have placed an order for this part, but unfortunately no one at Ricoh can tell me when I will be getting this part through my door. It seems there is some problem with supply of this part, in Europe at least......

I just wanted to know if anyone has actually had their hands on one of these or is there more chance of seeing the Abominable Snowman this Xmas.....
