    Forwarding incoming faxes to email

I've setup scan to email ok on Ricoh 3045, but when I want incoming faxes to forward to an email (this has to be administrator's email, or any in address book?) there's no email recipient in the list.
Can someone tell me what are the steps?
Too many chicken want to rule the coop, a bit confusing from menu.
    Thx

UT> Fax settings>Admin tools> Forwarding, this will open the dialog box to alllow you to choose the percipient.

I've done all that but when I want to choose email address there is none, even though I put at least two. But I was being constantly interrupted as machine was in high demand during the process. I think it is incomplete on my part somewhere, will check on next visit.

It can be any email entry in the address book; not necessarily the admin's.

What's with those bits set properly? I've come across this trying to answer fax not on the first ring on Ricoh 2020D, and instead of having menu choice to set the number of rings - I had to find out where the bit setting are located, which one - and how - to change it. How moronic is that, Ricoh!
Ok, so apart of telling machine to forward incoming faxes in the fax options - do I STILL have to tell the machine to change the corresponding bit? Where is it located?
Ricoh is like a stubborn mule..

The email accounts you set up, have you registered them as a sender or set an administrator email and programmed it as the auto sender? I don't believe it will display any addresses otherwise.

                  Try 1-800-333-COPY

This is RICOH support phone # for any type of networking issue and if they cannot fix the problem, a service call will be generated.
