3030 slow in processing print job

I have a 3030 Ricoh in a network with 10 work stations . 1 of the work stations is extremely slow to process a print job . There used to be a Ricoh 2035 there and it was fine . Any ideas ?

is the driver networked shared? or individually installed on each work station. if so try to re-install the driver or use the RPCS if possible.

Only one of the machines is slow sending it's prints? Switch the machine to "print directly to the printer" on the advanced tab in the printer driver. If there is an immediate difference, there's a problem with the print spooler service on that machine. Also, they could be printing a different type of file to everyone else in the office. Some programs, i.e. publisher and powerpoint seem to print a lot slower.

To be honest, this is nothing to do with the machine and I'd just back-heel it to the customer.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

      Hit it.
