    Engine startup error
The BCU failed to respond with the
    prescribed time when the machine
    was turned on.

    • Connections between BCU and controller board are loose, disconnected, or damaged
    • Replace the BCU
    • Replace the controller board

          Engine start-up error

          A command from the
          controller board is not
          received.
           Defective engine board.
          1. Replace the engine board.

It could also be the controller board is not sat correctly.

Sometimes called the Engine board (EGB in this case), BCU stands for Base Control Unit-same thing). The part number is G158 5123 PCB: EGB-GP2A:Ass'y (G160)
The controller is G161 5327 PCB: CTL: EXP: Sub-Ass'y (G160/G161)
            - Be careful looking in the manual, you have the G160 model. But as Moonraker said, first step is to reseat everything first (including the dimm on the cntrl bd).

It's a little bit of an effort to get the engine board out the first time, I'm attaching the instructions in case you don't have them handy. The controller comes out the back with 2 thumb screws.
