[Error Code] Savin c3828 scan to email/folder

Hello world,

Im trying to set up scan to email on this machine. it was setup before and all the users are still there but im having problems sending the message out. It seem like its one of the settings that need to be setup and not a problem with the destinations email address. Any help would be appreciated.

First thing would be to go to the SMTP setting in the file transfer settings and do a connection test and confirm it still works. If it was working before then most likely something changed on the customers end (are they using a host name or IP for the SMTP, authentication on or off?). If they can print ok then you might have to get their IT person, if there is one, to get involved.
