I have an savin C2525 giving me fits. The customer is running hammermill 28lb hammermill paper and for some reason the cyan is not fusing very well to the paper it peels off where it is supposeed to be and puts it down the page. Has anyone ever seen this before? Any help is greatly appreciated!! THANKS!!!

They need to set the tray(s) to middle thick or maybe even thick 1.

    • Normal (60-81g/m2, 16-22lb.)
    • Middle Thick (82-105g/m2, 22-28lb.)
    • Thick 1 (106-169g/m2, 28.5-44.9lb.)
    • Thick 2 (170-219g/m2, 45-58lb.)
    • Knowledge not shared, is eventually knowledge that becomes lost... like tears in the rain.

How would you go about doing this? We recently took the contract over on this machine and have never worked on Savin or anything like it. We mostly just service sharp amd keyocera. Thanks for the advice thus far, I appreciate it!!

THey are accessed through user tools. User Tools>Sysytem Settings>Tray Paper Settings> page 2> select the paper tray> select the setting(s) as suggested by Cipher. "no display" is the default setting for std 20# bond paper. If printing to this machine and it goes to one of the trays that you change the paper type, it will give a mismatch error unless you change it in the driver settings to match.
