Ricoh 3025 print scan card

I got a 3025 full system today from my wholesaler and it has the buttons for fax, print and scan but print and scan are not showing up when selected or in user tools.

Opened left cover and saw no card in top slot.

Is there a part number for the print scan card and is it a single card or one each for print and scan?

D310 5017 for the card itself or EDP412599 for the complete option.
