The strange thing that I have 3 same machine with same lives , I install the same parts for all the 3 machines , I have the problem on 2 of them and the third one near to 100k with no problem.

    You help is appreciated
    Its urgent .

There's toner leaking somewhere. Could be anywhere. I would replace developer, cleaning blade, cleaning brush and check the whole paper path. Just pull out the dv-unit, drum unit, fusing unit and vaccuum the whole pah.

Has it got the correct dev installed and how many copies has it done?

Is it original toner or the cheap-ass crap like we use?

What is the dev bias set at?

Have you initialised the dev after you replaced it?

I'm going with some sort of 3rd party Katun type toner or maybe the drum. These machines tend to be pretty reliable if they're serviced correctly.

How many copies are on machine? If the machine is pulling developer into cleaning unit that quick I would lean towards replacing the development unit.
