Aficio 2035e problems "Used Toner Bottle Full"

I have this msg on display and after i restart machine it give SC328 or again this message.Some one had this problem before ? since this machine don't have waste toner bottle.

The "used toner bottle" is part of the transfer belt assembly on the right door. You should be able to get going again by flipping the gray lever up, taking it out, and dumping the toner.

Don't turn that unit sideways - you might need to clean the floor then^^

Five to six years without needing to clean the transfer unit is great.....

The service code is for the laser unit is not being detected at home position. Have you had the laser unit out when you were trying to get at the used toner bottle? There is a little sensor in the used toner bottel you want to hit with some spray air to clean it off after you empty the bottle. The service code you could take the laser unit apart and clean out the inside. The detector board is at the back of the laser unit and is a circut board about the size of a postage stamp. You can replace that. Those are cheap.

After i clean up the toner from transfer belt i have the following sc 322 and sometimes 326 i will try what iankeefe wrote.

iankeefe After i dump the waste toner from transfer belt, also clean that inside sensor i took out the LD unit and clean all inside/outside but the error still persist(SC322).But i think i will throw the machine from the window.

I change the saftey switches also sync board, i modify/reset laser pitch, but probably is the LD unit defective.

maybe yes and no, try to clean or spray some contact cleaner on the ribbon wires and its connector on the LD board. it might do a trick.
