how do you delete customer information and restore factory defaults?

canon has this nice little "initialise all data settings" option under system settings that will delete all the customer information, restore factory defaults and overwrite the customer data on the hard drive 3 times with random data. is there any way to delete customer data and restore factory deaults on a ricoh?

Address book entries are stored on the HDD, this will need to be erased. Easiest method is to format the HDD. (SP mode 5832 typically.)
Also some user data is stored in the NV-RAM. This can be deleted using SP 5801-xx. (Where xx is the relevant sub code. Read the manual before doing this as you do not want to erase the data in SP 5801-001). As a precaution I would print out all the SMC data befor going anywhere near NV-RAM clear.
