Ricoh mpc 2800 wrong colour output

Hi all have a customer whos corporate banner is teal (mix of green and blue dont ask me why) when they printout documents they come out blue when its more of a green on the pc monitor.Customer printsout even in word the document comes out blue.Customer is using pcl6 with windows vista 64bit IT guy says there was no changes and this has only started being a problem.I printed some word documents fromy pc im using word 2007 and dont have the colour teal but a close green colour that seems to print ok.I told the IT guy to use pcl5c and see how they go.Is there anything im missing or anyone had similar problems should i recomend the raster/vector options in the print driver or any other settings? Any help or suggestions would be great.

First of all, you must understand that a color CMYK printer can't reproduce every colour on the RGB monitor - and the reverse is also true. Likewise, neither the monitors nor printers can reproduce every colour in existence. That's why pantone makes such a big buck selling buckets of paint.

With that said, have you calibrated the machine in the user tools?
