For technical reasons, had to change the PC, which is connected to 470W. Key is stored only on PlotBase, but Scantool only works in demo mode.
Technical support service Ricoh sent new license keys. Since then the problems started. After adding a new key at startup PlotBase, Scantool with the message:
After 10 seconds soft crashes and pops up a message:
Technical support service says that they have the only key. Tell me where to find the problem?
