    DSc525 Bypass feeding

This machine is used for a lot of bypass feeding and the stock is a thick 60 lb stock. They have been doing well for a year or so with just the occasional feed roll and sep pad replacement. Now it seem that isn't enough. When a stack is placed on the table, it will feed down to 5 or 6 and then start slipping. Load it up again and it will feed until the stack gets low and start slipping gain. If 1 or 2 are placed on the table it will slip right away. We have replace the whole bypass feed unit to no avail. The feed unit included the cams and springs for the table and also the pad. I am thinking about replacing the two parts of the table but only because that is all that is left.
Anybody have any ideas on this?

It does but it is part of the feed unit that was replaced.
