MP4000 SC141 errors

    [Error Code] MP4000 SC141 errors

    Has anyone else been having SC141's on these? Bulletin 45 says that the failure rate is about 0.1%. I have 2 doing it every now and then. I have not changed the BICU yet as it has still been resetting so far but sometimes after 2 or 3 power cycles.
