Our mate from the PC store told us the only difference between the RICOH HDD`s and the usual one`s is the 2 serial NR from the back written on the RICOH HDD and the LOGICAL LINK`s....technical stuff. The copier is reading the serials and makes the LOGICAL connections if they don`t match than it won`t work. That`s all guys!
