Hello, I have a ricoh aficio sp 1000sf and it gives me a error. Printererror temperat. fixing. I put in a new fixing but the error stays. How can I reset the fixing please

Here is the tech bulletin describing the procedure to reset. This is a Samsung device (I believe), so the procedure is nothing like Ricoh boxes.
