[Error Code] MP4001 SC161

Anyone seen this code (Together with SC991)?

Occured within a week of install and the machine is about 4 hours from base (!)

Any help greatly appreciated.

Yeah.. I updated the firmware.
The 991 (software performance error) and the 161 (IPU error of some kind) have not been seen since.

Thanks, that was my first thought as well, there wasn't anything on TESSA etc but I'll get the firmware to the machine and see if it works!

Update

Another tech attended today, the machine would not start the Engine firmware update, System firmware loaded ok. (I am assuming the firmware on the card was ok)

I believe the machine is being exchanged as DOA.
