Hi,
today i went to check one machine in one office and the problem was error sc 990 after some copies. i change the drum and parently the problem was fixed. after few days sc 990 back and they turn off, on and then they make copies and then error backs. (they fone me telling this)
today i went there again and i print the sc report and on the report i get AFICIO 3035 and not 3045 as shows on the front cover of the machine. And then i check the last 10 sc errors and only sc 820 and sc 991 is there. and then on sc code count i have: sc 329 - 1 , sc 611 - 2, sc 819 - 1, sc 820 - 10, sc 990 - 1, sc991 -4.
i check the manual and i check 820 is controller or software problem and sc 991 is software. china crap. firmware is in english and chinese (version 1.37.2) and i download the version 1.39 for aficio 3045. now my question is, is this crap 3035 or 3045. how to be shure about this!?
